Marine Technical Sales & Service Manager

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks a Marine Technical Sales & Service Manager to lead export marine markets. In this role, you will own technical sales support, dealer service performance, and customer satisfaction for Honda marine products outside the U.S. You will provide advanced technical guidance, resolve complex field issues, manage warranty and service programs, and support new product launches. Partnering with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, you'll analyze market trends, train distributors and dealers, and execute growth strategies in an innovation-driven, safety- and quality-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine technical sales and service activities for export markets to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Provide expert technical support on Honda marine products to distributors, dealers, and key accounts
• Develop and execute export sales strategies, forecasts, and territory plans for marine product lines
• Train and mentor dealer and distributor service teams on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures
• Coordinate resolution of complex product issues with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to inform product and sales strategy
• Oversee warranty, service campaigns, and field issue reporting for export marine markets
• Prepare presentations, technical documentation, and proposals for customers and internal stakeholders
• Support new product launches, demos, and trade events in targeted export regions
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company quality standards in all technical service activities
