The Role

• Greet members and customers, identify their needs, and provide exceptional service.
• Process DMV vehicle license, registration, and notary services.
• Achieve sales and service goals for various products and services, with opportunities for incentives.
• Prepare travel-related materials such as TripTik® routings, maps, and tour books.
• Issue passport photos and handle payment transactions, including cash balancing and reconciliation.
• Make travel reservations and provide destination information.

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in a retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and service quality objectives.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid notary license (required within 1 year for relevant offices).
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays as needed, with potential for local travel.
