We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to install, commission, survey, and support Warden Call systems across a range of sites. The successful candidate will be fully trained and experienced in Warden Call systems, with the ability to deliver projects to a high standard while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Warden Call systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Commission new systems, ensuring full functionality and compliance before handover.
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on existing Warden Call systems.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, system upgrades, and maintenance needs.
- Produce accurate survey reports and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Complete all required documentation, including commissioning records, test results, and service reports.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers where required.
Essential Requirements
- Fully trained and experienced in Warden Call systems.
- Proven experience installing and commissioning Warden Call systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience carrying out site surveys and producing accurate reports.
- Good understanding of relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with multiple Warden Call manufacturers and platforms.
- Knowledge of related systems such as Nurse Call, Access Control, or Fire Alarm systems.
- ECS/CSCS card.
- IPAF and PASMA certification (desirable).
