Technical Product Owner - Payments Exp. - Remote - W2 role

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience
• 3+ years leading enterprise-scale digital products serving external customers
• Experience owning product roadmaps, objectives, KPIs, and business outcomes
• Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed systems
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures and modern application platforms
• Ability to read technical designs, architecture diagrams, sequence flows, and system integrations. Experience supporting web and mobile product ecosystems
• 3+ years delivering AI, ML, OCR, GenAI, or intelligent automation solutions
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and monitoring
• Familiarity with AI performance metrics including accuracy, precision, latency, confidence scores, and drift monitoring
• Experience defining AI product requirements, success metrics, evaluation criteria, and operational controls
