Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC (2 weeks per month Onsite)
Duration: 8 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to support Project SAP transformation initiative. The consultant will lead Service Management workstreams, provide advisory guidance, and deliver end-to-end SAP Service Management solutions aligned with business objectives.
Description:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and develop functional designs and solution roadmaps.
• Configure and support Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Field Service Management, Resource Scheduling, and Service Parts Management.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead functional teams and drive successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP Service Management experience.
• 3+ full lifecycle SAP Service Management implementations with hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes and best practices.
• Experience leading functional workstreams and managing teams of 10+ resources.
• Experience supporting Products and Consumer Goods clients.
• Prior consulting/advisory experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP Field Service solutions and business process transformation is a plus.
