Data Warehouse

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. seeks a Data Warehouse professional to design, build, and maintain a secure, reliable data environment supporting operations, risk management, and client reporting. You will develop and optimize ETL processes, create scalable data models, and ensure data quality across multiple security and operational systems. Partnering with operations, finance, and leadership, you'll translate business needs into actionable data solutions, dashboards, and analytics. This role operates in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting with strong focus on integrity, standards, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the enterprise data warehouse environment
• Develop, schedule, and monitor ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple security and business systems
• Create and optimize data models, schemas, and stored procedures for analytics and reporting
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all warehouse objects and pipelines
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership to translate requirements into data solutions and dashboards
• Develop and support BI reports and self-service analytics for internal stakeholders
• Monitor performance and capacity, tuning queries and systems for reliability and speed
• Document data structures, data flows, and standards; support audits and compliance needs
• Partner with IT and security teams to enforce access controls and protect sensitive data
• Support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and standards in a fast-paced environment
