The Role

• Operate and monitor automated, computer-controlled production plants.
• Load, start up, and manage machine elements and controls.
• Inspect and assess products for quantity and quality.
• Proactively identify and mitigate process risks to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, or a comparable qualification in operating and monitoring production equipment.
• Practical skills, dexterity, and technical understanding.
• Strong quality awareness and a dedication to achieving optimal workflow.
• Experience in textile or plastics manufacturing is a plus.
