The Role

• Operate and monitor production processes with precision

• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure high equipment availability
• Respond quickly to disruptions to ensure smooth operations
• Accurately document all key production data and equipment status
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator or a similar technical background
• Strong technical understanding and practical experience with industrial machinery
• Flexibility to work in a 5-shift system
• Proficient German language skills for communication and documentation
