Oracle HCM PM Support / Functional Project Support
Location: Remote with occasional travel

Interview: ImmediateWe are seeking an Oracle HCM PM Support Consultant with strong functional experience in Oracle HCM Core HR and Payroll and some project/program management experience. The consultant will support the PMO and work closely with Oracle HCM workstream leads to coordinate activities, track project progress, and ensure effective communication across teams.

Experience with Payroll is highly preferred, particularly in an environment where Payroll is managed in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PMO with Oracle HCM project activities and coordination.
• Act as a liaison between the PMO and Oracle HCM workstream leads.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams across HCM workstreams.
• Support project planning, status tracking, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist with project meetings, meeting notes, follow-ups, and status reporting.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across workstreams.
• Support communication and coordination between business stakeholders and project teams.
• Provide functional support and guidance related to Oracle HCM Core HR and Payroll.
• Assist with issue resolution, testing coordination, and project documentation.
• Help ensure project activities remain aligned with overall PMO objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on functional experience with Core HR.
• Strong Oracle Payroll experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, or projects.
• Some experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Program Support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with PMO teams and multiple workstream leads.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a combination of:

Oracle HCM Functional Experience + Core HR + Payroll + PM/PMO Experience

Candidates with in-house Payroll experience will be strongly preferred.
