Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative for Acosta Group's professional services clients, you will drive FIOS sales across assigned territories. You will build and manage retailer and consumer relationships, execute in-store and field sales strategies, and achieve volume, distribution, and visibility targets. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you'll analyze data, report results, and recommend actions to improve performance. This client-facing role suits a self-starter who excels at communication, negotiation, and working independently while contributing to collaborative, results-driven teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve FIOS sales, volume, and distribution targets within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers, staff, and key local partners.
• Execute in-store and field sales presentations, demos, and consumer engagements.
• Ensure product visibility, placement, and promotional compliance at retail locations.
• Use CRM and reporting tools to track activities, pipeline, and results.
• Analyze territory performance data and recommend actions to improve sales.
• Collaborate with Acosta and client teams to align on sales plans and priorities.
• Plan and manage daily routes to maximize territory coverage and productivity.
• Provide insightful feedback from the field on competition, pricing, and customer needs.
• Represent Acosta Group and client brands professionally, following all policies and guidelines.
