Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
$250K + 20% bonus
Stardom Employment Consultants is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy and operations of a growing organization. This executive-level leader will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability, manage risk, and support long-term business growth through informed financial decision-making.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide accurate, timely financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead annual planning, financial modeling, and performance measurement processes.
• Manage banking relationships, audits, tax planning, insurance, and other financial partnerships.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• 10 or more years of progressive financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Demonstrated success developing financial strategies and supporting organizational growth.
• Experience with financial systems, process improvements, and internal controls.
