Job Description

We have a Sr. Python AI Engineer role available, but candidates must be willing to work as hybrid onsite in Phoenix and must Interview In-Person at the facility in Phoenix (no remote interviews at all all only In-Person Interviews).
Top 3 Requirements
  1. 8+ years of Software Engineering
  2. AI/ML Engineering experience. Hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
  3. Strong Python API development background
Additional Desired Experience
  • PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
  • NLP, embeddings, vector databases
  • MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows
  • Kafka, Spark, NiFi
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Team/Project Summary
This team is building production AI solutions focused on Information Security, Governance, and Risk. They are looking for an Engineer who can design, deploy, and support enterprise-scale AI/ML and Generative AI applications (not just someone who can build prototypes).
