Agentic AI Lead

As an Agentic AI Lead, you will bridge the gap between AI research and practical business applications. You will create, test, and deploy intelligent agents that understand goals, break them into actionable steps, reason, understand customer actions and reactions, take that as feedback to continually improve the system. This role requires a blend of deep LLM knowledge, advanced software engineering, systems architecture and hands-on coding experience.
Skills
● Required: All these skills are required in hands-on experience on projects in the last 3-4 yrs.
○ Python
○ Prompt Engineering
○ Hands-on experience with SOTA LLMs, Langraph/LangChain, Google ADK
○ Experience architecting, building and scaling complex multi-agent workflows.
○ Relevant demonstrable experience building agentic workflows with agents that reason, capture feedback, and self-learn to improve subsequent flows.
○ Agentic RAG/RAG/GraphRAG framework
○ Evaluate and optimize Agent output and performance, including reliability, observability, context management, failure/degradation handling and production readiness.
○ Ability to interact with business teams and convert business needs to AI/ML workflows—must demonstrate end-to-end business context, not just technical implementation.
○ SQL/BigQuery/Google Cloud Platform
● Preferred skills: Redis, Context Engineering;  
Qualifications
● Education:  B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
● Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, pref. in Data and AI,  4+ years in AI/ML engineering are preferred, with 2+ years specifically focused on agentic AI or GenAI applications.
● Preferred background in Telecom, with subject matter knowhow of customer touchpoint processes and CX workflows.
Responsibilities
● Project Lead - AI
● Collaborate closely with team to rapidly gather requirements from customer stakeholders
● Translate requirements into concrete solution design, document and implement them.
● Work closely with stakeholders and team members to rapidly discover various workflows within the customer service functions that create superior customer experience
● Translate them into Agentic Workflows, based on discussions with the SMEs
● Validate by collaborating with various stakeholders and client SMEs
● Project management activities to ensure on time quality deliverables, delivery ownership and highest level of customer satisfaction
● Bring and develop AI best practices to make the program a success
● Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve the solution
