Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition. This is a pure hunting role where you'll be responsible for building a sales pipeline from scratch through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
• Connect with Founders, CEOs, CHROs, HR Heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable HR solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong cold calling and lead generation abilities.
• Confident in engaging with senior business leaders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Experience in B2B business development, corporate sales, HR services, payroll, compliance, consulting, staffing, training, or related service industries is preferred.
• Experience working with startups and SMEs is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Location: BTM Layout or Basavanagudi, Bangalore
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
• Alternate Saturdays: Work from Home 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
