Our client, a global music entertainment company, is seeking a Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager 
Location: Philadelphia, PA – Hybrid  
Duration: 3 Month Contract
Pay range: $20 to $25 per hour (DOE)
 
Job Description:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of 60+ artist and record label eCommerce stores.
  • Oversee storefront health, performance, merchandising, and overall customer experience.
  • Launch new online stores and execute product activations for artists and labels.
  • Maintain product catalogs, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and metadata.
  • Configure and manage backend eCommerce platform features and third-party integrations.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and store-wide sales.
  • Optimize storefront navigation, taxonomy, merchandising, and conversion opportunities.
  • Coordinate digital music release schedules and product launches.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, technology, logistics, and customer service teams to execute campaigns and resolve operational issues.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare client sales reports, validate weekly album chart reporting, and resolve order or inventory discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot backend/frontend eCommerce platform issues to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Provide operational support outside standard business hours for critical launches when required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce storefronts or digital retail operations.
  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of product catalog management, promotions, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Experience working with order management, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the music, entertainment, or consumer products industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to provide support outside normal business hours during major product launches or operational events.
