Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Manage ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and upgrade initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitate status meetings and provide regular executive updates.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects involving the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
