Jr SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, S/4HANA migration, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
Ensure successful execution of project deliverables within agreed timelines and budget.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor project KPIs and prepare project dashboards and reports.
Manage project governance activities including Steering Committee meetings.
Coordinate system integration, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support.
Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards and SAP implementation methodologies.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation.
Collaborate with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and offshore teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project lessons learned.
