responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through implementation

Define project scope, milestones, success metrics, governance structures, and execution strategies

Develop and maintain integrated project plans that align teams around shared objectives and timelines

Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure coordinated execution across multiple workstreams

Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability for delivery commitments

Stakeholder Management & Influence

Build solid partnerships across business, technology, marketing, operations, and supporting functions

Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives

Drive decision-making by presenting options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations

Resolve conflicts and navigate ambiguity to maintain project momentum

Risk Management & Problem Solving

Anticipate risks, challenges, and execution gaps before they impact delivery

Develop mitigation strategies and proactively adjust plans to address changing business needs

Escalate critical issues appropriately while recommending actionable solutions

Executive Communication & Reporting

Prepare concise, executive-ready communications, status reports, and presentations

Translate complex project activities into clear business outcomes, risks, and decisions

Provide leadership with transparency into progress, dependencies, and trade-offs

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance, and team effectiveness

Implement best practices that increase efficiency, predictability, and execution excellence

Contribute to the maturation of project management capabilities across the organization

Ability to define analytic requirements for products & initiatives. Partner with analytics team to refine dashboards based on reporting needs.
