We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge combined with hands-on technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, and CRM architecture.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CRM functional designs and technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Provide technical leadership for CRM development, integrations, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop and review plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, APIs, and other Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Lead integration of Dynamics 365 with internal and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Oversee data migration, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Work with development teams on solution architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and technical best practices.
• Analyze production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with QA teams to develop test strategies, test cases, and defect resolution plans.
• Manage Dynamics 365 deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and functional consultants.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Prepare technical specifications, functional specifications, solution design documents, and implementation documentation.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or related CRM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom workflows.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Web API / REST APIs.
• Experience with CRM integrations and enterprise application integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 data migration and integration tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD / source control.
