We are seeking a
Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and talent pipeline development. The ideal candidate has extensive sourcing experience and a proven track record recruiting engineering, technical, or other professional talent. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics. Utilize ATS, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint, and other recruiting technologies.

Lead and support recruiting-related process improvements and change initiatives.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably recruiting engineering or technical professionals.
~ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
~ Experience using ATS and CRM systems.
~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
~5+ years of progressive recruiting experience preferred.
~ Experience supporting professional, technical, or engineering recruitment efforts is highly desired.
