Your responsibilities will include:\n\nClient Impact:\n\n Serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for key clients.\n Offering proactive tax consulting and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.\n Providing strategic advice on complex tax matters and industry trends.\n\n\nLeadership & Development:\n\n Leading and mentoring a talented team of professionals to foster growth and success.\n Reviewing and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables.\n Developing your expertise in a specialized industry or technical area.\n\n\nBusiness Growth:\n\n Driving new business development by cultivating relationships with prospects and referral sources.\n Representing HSC in professional and civic organizations, contributing to our presence in the community.\n Collaborating with firm leaders to identify and pursue growth opportunities.\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re seeking a driven and experienced professional with:\n\n A CPA license and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field.\n At least 8 years of public accounting experience in tax, including 3 years in a managerial role.\n A strong command of tax laws and emerging regulations.\n Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.\n A demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and deliver results.\n\n\nWhy Harding Shymanski?\nWe believe people make the difference.
