Job Description

Production Operative (Production Operative & Sign Manufacture)

Location: Buckingham
Salary- £30,420, increasing to £31,590 after probation, plus bonus and free lunch
Hours- Monday- 
Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm and Friday 7.30am- 2pm

About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for production of printed materials and further production of signs and equipment in addition to general warehouse duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has good attention to detail, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce printed artwork using Adobe Software (some experience desired but will give training to the right candidate).
  • Hand finish printed matter and make ready for despatch.
  • Replenish stock and consumables for sign department.
  • Use in house warehouse management system to book items in/out after production
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assisting with other warehouse and production tasks as required.
  • Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Essential:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out manual handling tasks.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfilment environment.
  • Numerate and literate with good communication skills
