SAP Functional Analyst - EHS

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst - EHS to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP EHS initiatives.
• Design and configure end-to-end SAP EHS processes across the HSE lifecycle.
• Develop functional specifications, solution designs, and business process documentation.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support and optimise planning and scheduling processes using Prometheus Scheduler.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) teams.
• Support SAP EHS integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide production support, user training, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP transformation projects with a focus on SAP EHS.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience, including On-Premise and RISE environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP EHS process design, configuration, and solution delivery.
• Experience designing and implementing SAP Fiori applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP module integrations.
• Experience working within Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
• Experience within Utilities, Energy, or other asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills

• SAP EHS Certification.
• Experience with SAP Mobile Start and mobility solutions.
• Integration experience with third-party applications such as Claims Master.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori design, configuration, and testing.
