With studio locations in Melbourne and Brisbane, we are looking for Registered Architects to lead our most exciting hospitality projects from initial concept to final handover.

Responsibilities

• Project Lead: Taking full ownership of projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept to completion.
• Technical Oversight: Producing and reviewing high quality architectural documentation and ensuring office QA standards are followed.
• Stakeholder Management: Leading consultant meetings, managing client expectations, and navigating approvals.
• On-Site Leadership: Attending sites to inspect, problem solve in real time and ensure high quality construction outcomes.
• Mentoring: Guiding Architectural Graduates and fostering a collaborative, curious studio culture.

Qualifications

• Registration: A Registered Architect with at least 1 year post registration experience, and significant post graduate experience.

Required Skills

• Interest in Hospitality Sector Design: Interest in delivering hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or commercial projects.
• Software: Revit skills are essential for both design and documentation.
• Leadership Mindset: Strong initiative, a collaborative approach, and the aptitude to manage and guide multi disciplinary teams.
