Job Description
Cayas + Ward isn't your average architecture studio. We are a high energy, design driven practice and a national leader in the hospitality sector. From boutique bars and award winning sports clubs to major hotel refurbishments and national retail rollouts, we create spaces where people want to be. With studio locations in Melbourne and Brisbane, we are looking for Registered Architects to lead our most exciting hospitality projects from initial concept to final handover.

- Project Lead: Taking full ownership of projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept to completion.
- Technical Oversight: Producing and reviewing high quality architectural documentation and ensuring office QA standards are followed.
- Stakeholder Management: Leading consultant meetings, managing client expectations, and navigating approvals.
- On-Site Leadership: Attending sites to inspect, problem solve in real time and ensure high quality construction outcomes.
- Mentoring: Guiding Architectural Graduates and fostering a collaborative, curious studio culture.
- Registration: A Registered Architect with at least 1 year post registration experience, and significant post graduate experience.
- Interest in Hospitality Sector Design: Interest in delivering hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or commercial projects.
- Software: Revit skills are essential for both design and documentation.
- Leadership Mindset: Strong initiative, a collaborative approach, and the aptitude to manage and guide multi disciplinary teams.
