Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, architect, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform, architecture, integrations, ITSM processes, and enterprise-level implementations.

 
Key Responsibilities:
 
* Design and define ServiceNow architecture, solutions, and technical roadmaps based on business requirements.
* Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and platform integrations.
* Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules as required.
* Develop and maintain technical architecture, integration architecture, data models, and solution designs.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and implementation teams.
* Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
* Ensure effective configuration and customization using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Workflows/Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Design scalable and maintainable CMDB and Configuration Management solutions, including Discovery and Service Mapping where applicable.
* Define best practices for performance, security, scalability, availability, and platform governance.
* Analyze existing ServiceNow environments and recommend improvements, optimization, and modernization opportunities.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, project managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, coding practices, governance, and architectural guidelines.
* Support troubleshooting of complex platform issues and provide root-cause analysis for critical incidents.
* Participate in technical reviews, design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and architecture discussions.
* Stay current with ServiceNow releases, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
 

Required Skills & Experience:

* 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with significant experience in architecture and solution design.
* Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
* Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
* Strong experience designing REST/SOAP API integrations and third-party system integrations.
* Experience with MID Server, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow APIs, and data integrations.
* Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management.
* Experience with ServiceNow upgrade, migration, implementation, and platform optimization activities.
* Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
* Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and integration patterns.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
* One or more advanced ServiceNow certifications such as CIS, CAD, or CTA.
* Experience with ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect responsibilities.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and automated ServiceNow deployments.
* Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation and governance initiatives.
 

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
