Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting & Analytics Developer

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)

Duration: 13 months contract

 

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing HR reporting and analytics solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• 5+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Hands-on experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Strong Oracle HCM reporting expertise
• Solid HR domain knowledge
• Proven ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced SQL development skills, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and data transformation.
• Experience developing dashboards, operational reports, scheduled reports, and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting HR data.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data structures, subject areas, and reporting architecture.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
