Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a desktop-based telephony application using .NET technologies.
• Enhance application functionality, including call recording, audio and video processing, and transcription.
• Integrate with REST APIs to connect with various back-end systems.
• Work with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to build and adapt the user interface.
• Implement and support automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-driven capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application.

Required Qualifications:

• C#
• .NET
• WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
• APIs (specifically REST APIs)
• Troubleshooting

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with telephony systems or a background in the telecommunications industry.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts or technologies.
