Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server. Experience with AWS, Terraform, LeanIX, and enterprise integrations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
• Develop and enhance applications within ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro
• Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Develop custom scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes using JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise integration frameworks
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping to ensure accurate infrastructure visibility
• Support software and hardware asset management processes using SAM Pro and HAM Pro
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to design enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize platform performance
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards
• Support Agile development practices and contribute to continuous platform improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, or SAM/HAM)
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and Terraform automation
• Experience integrating LeanIX with ServiceNow
• Experience supporting large enterprise ServiceNow implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
