SAP EWM Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot complex warehouse operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal warehouse and inventory management processes.

What You'll Do

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules, analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.
• Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF frameworks, and background jobs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, ABAP) for root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, minor developments, and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT).
• Participate in cutover activities, go-live, hypercare support, and assist warehouse users with training and queries.

What We're Looking For Must-Haves

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM Support (Embedded or Decentralized).
• Core Technical Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse structures, master data, inbound/outbound flows, and internal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, replenishment).
• Process Knowledge: Proficiency in physical inventory, cycle counting, handling units (HU), Wave Management, and the RF Framework.

Technical Depth

• Strong capability to debug issues and collaborate closely with ABAP developers for root-cause resolution.
• Solid grasp of core integration touchpoints with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Manifest Management and advanced logistics extensions.
• Prior experience handling end-to-end go-live cutovers and hypercare support phases.
