The Role

• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and make strategic recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Utilize company-provided tools and training to explain solutions and set customer expectations.
• Prospect new business using marketing tools and contribute to business development.
• Maintain safety and professionalism in all customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• Sales or customer relationship development experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company paid).
