Adobe Workfront Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Configure workflows, templates, custom forms, reports, and project artifacts.
• Integrate Workfront with other Adobe products and third-party platforms.
• Lead clients through implementation, change management, and go-live activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business process optimization and workflow design.
• Provide consulting, mentorship, and adoption strategies to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-level solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Adobe Workfront consulting and implementation experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level Workfront implementations (5,000+ employee organizations).
• Strong understanding of Adobe''s ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
• Experience documenting and optimizing business processes.
• Familiarity with API integrations, migrations, and third-party software integrations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Change management experience.
• Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of the content supply chain, including Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience mentoring clients and internal teams on best practices.
