Workforce Identity Service Lead Consultant

Allstate is seeking a Workforce Identity Service Lead Consultant to design, implement, and optimize identity and access management services in a complex finance and insurance environment. You will lead IAM roadmap execution, integrate workforce identity solutions with cloud and on-prem systems, and ensure regulatory and security compliance. Partner with security, HR, and technology teams to modernize authentication, lifecycle management, and governance, while mentoring engineers, driving standards, and improving resilience, user experience, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of workforce identity and access management services
• Own IAM service roadmap and drive modernization initiatives
• Integrate identity solutions with cloud and on-prem enterprise platforms
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and financial regulations
• Define and enforce IAM standards, patterns, and best practices
• Collaborate with security, HR, and technology teams on identity lifecycle
• Optimize authentication, authorization, and user experience
• Monitor service performance and drive reliability and resilience improvements
• Mentor engineers and analysts supporting IAM services
• Contribute to risk assessments, audits, and incident response for IAM
