Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.

How you'll empower our tech and product leadership

You be a strategic partner and a vital force multiplier for our Chief Product Officer, Tom (CPrO) and incoming Chief Technology Officer (CTO). By anticipating their needs, shaping their organisational engagement, and prioritising their diaries against company objectives, you will help turn their strategic vision into real momentum across the Product & Technology teams.

• Owning the operating rhythm: You will proactively manage the executives' time and diaries, utilising your knowledge of Product Development Lifecycles and Engineering to effectively balance urgent requests with important strategic priorities.

• Driving strategic communications: You will draft, shape, and constructively challenge key messaging from the executives, ensuring communications are clear, consistent, and land successfully with various audiences.

• Preparing with a point of view: You will go beyond basic preparation by synthesising information, highlighting crucial details, and recommending decisions ahead of key meetings and board sessions.

• Being the ear to the ground: You will stay attuned to team sentiment and blockers across Product & Technology, bringing insights to the executives early and advising on the best response.

• Fostering an AI-native culture: You will partner with the executives and other Executive Assistants to design impactful cultural moments, such as hackathons and Town Hall meetings, ensuring momentum continues long after the events conclude.

• Running the Product & Tech engine: You will oversee logistics for the Product & Tech Leadership forum, manage fast-changing schedules, and monitor asynchronous Slack conversations to highlight matters needing executive attention.

• Delivering impactful projects and events: You will own and run projects on behalf of the executives from planning to delivery, while also managing the logistics for internal and external events, offsites, and team socials.

• You are an experienced Executive Assistant: You have previously supported Product, Tech, or Engineering leaders within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proactive forward-thinking is your natural state: You excel at thinking multiple steps ahead, actioning potential next steps before the executives have even considered them.

• You're a critical prioritisation partner: You are a critical thinker who has the ability to challenge executives on their priorities, messaging, or plans to keep them focused on what matters.

• You use AI as your teammate: You are confident leveraging AI tools, effective prompting, and automation to redefine how you work and find smarter ways to execute.

• You're the master of diaries and complex logistics: You have excellent time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record managing fast-changing schedules and team events under tight deadlines.

• You have strong industry and business acumen: You understand how product and engineering organisations deliver, enabling you to help leaders balance the urgent with the important.

• You're an empathetic, high-EQ communicator: You influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, read how change lands across an organisation, and adapt your communication style seamlessly.

• £60,000 - £70,000 salary + share options up to £15,000
