Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master (Senior) Financial, Workday

Overview
Seeking a strong Senior Project Manager / SM (CSM) capable of operating at the program level to lead multiple initiatives across financial and operational platforms, End to End. The role will support projects involving WORKDAY.

Must Have:

1. Must have project managed a WORKDAY project
2. Combination PM/SM (CSM)
3. Strong budgeting
4. Clarity - resource allocation, timesheets, reporting, budget variance management
5. Financial management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Provide regular project status updates, including risks and issues, to senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets including resource hours/costs, SOWs, infrastructure, and cloud expenses.
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage projects using Agile and Hybrid methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban.

Required Experience

• Managing projects involving financial systems such as WORKDAY (must), SAP, treasury, accounts payable, and inventory end to end.
• Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects or programs.
• Strong project and program management experience across enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage both technical and business discussions.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Understanding of the Criticality of communication with business owners, stakeholders
• Understanding of how to handle structured timelines, while still driving progress and reducing risk.
• Large company experience
• Managing and delivering Financial systems and applications

Preferred Experience

Healthcare and/or insurance domain experience.
