Sales Manager

We're looking for a commercially driven Growth/Sales manager to lead a customer-facing team, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role combining new business development, account management, team leadership, and customer success.

Role is based in Leighton Buzzard with 1 day working from home.

• Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing customer excellence team.

• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Previous team leadership or management experience.
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive.
• CRM experience with a passion for continuous improvement.
