Salary/Base plus Commission
, full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own quot;Book of Clientsquot;) real career growth, and one of the best work schedules!

Responsibilities

Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and MUST remain Teachable.
Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts.
Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket deals
Qualifications:
1–2 years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

No Nights or Weekends.

Compensation
:
Base Salary + 15% Commission (UNCAPPED) NOT a draw, NOT “the greater of,quot; ***
