Outside Sales Representative - HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Services

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential and light commercial sales for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in the construction market. In this field-based role, you'll generate leads, conduct on-site assessments, and present solutions for repair, replacement, and maintenance projects. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and estimating to closing and post-sale follow-up, while partnering closely with service teams. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and light commercial customers for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in assigned territory
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and propose ARS-Rescue Rooter solutions
• Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals for construction-related service and replacement work
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sale follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property owners, and facility managers
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure accurate scoping and timely delivery of work
• Track activities, pipeline, and results in CRM and report on sales metrics
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to safety and compliance standards
