The Role

• Take responsibility for the food department, specifically non-perishable items (grocery/liquids).
• Ensure adherence to the group's commercial policy.
• Implement all commercial operations, including promotions and catalog management.
• Manage your budget and develop sales for your departments.
• Develop corrective action plans to enhance store performance.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of approximately 10 employees.
