The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area or locations.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive all sales activities within the region.
• Coach, counsel, and develop employees to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing regional sales insights and recommendations.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by implementing sales system improvements and managing change.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, managing budgets, and analyzing variances.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED required).
• Proven track record in sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in achieving high sales quotas.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation software.
