Job Description

Title: Functional Business Analyst - IV (SAP)
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX
Working Model: Hybrid- 3 days/week in office
12+ Months Contract
JP: 179771

Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr

Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
  • Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed
  • Analyze and decompose complex requirements
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
  • Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation
  • Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
  • Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
  • Facilitate change and configuration management
  • Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions.
  • Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications
  • Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): List at least top 3 required skills (development languages, acronyms, quick-hit descriptions of functions expected of the worker, etc.) and years of experience or range for each outlined required skill.
Experience required in MDG, FIORI and SAP S4
Experience with SQVI
Experience with Contract and Pricing Data Management in SAP
Functional project lead for design, test and post Go-Live Support for major SAP implementations including R15D, R18 and Reverse 2.0
Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate / lead cross functional teams
Ensure article and data attributes are properly set up and document changes based on test results.
Manage daily process of article add and update to ensure SLAs are met and all data elements are properly maintained prior to system processing
Manage quality and development system updates from the production reference system and make updates as necessary
Run weekly reports for data validation between SAP regions to ensure data accuracy
Run monthly reports to identify adds / updates for articles, vendors, sites (direct and indirect) and pricing updates by category
Provide user community and management with key status reports BA or BS in Finance, Business or related fields
Proficient in SAP - Strong quantitative, analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills.
Strong data analysis, forensics, query experience with large amounts of data.
Well organized, ability to work independently and results driven.
Close attention to detail.
Strong Project management skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in G Suite applications.
In depth knowledge of regional wireless telecommunications market, Business and service providers.
BA or BS in Finance, Business or related fields is preferred
