Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Architect/Lead Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of Service Management experience and 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect/Lead Architect.

Key Skills:

  • Strong ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management & Event-to-Incident Automation
  • Hands-on ServiceNow FSM, Dynamic Scheduling & Dispatching
  • Strong ITSM, CMDB & CSDM knowledge
  • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping & Operational Intelligence
  • Integration expertise using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub & MID Server
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, etc.
  • Proven experience designing event correlation, monitoring and automation solutions
  • Large-scale Field Service/Field Operations transformation experience
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
