Job Description

 
 
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize mission-critical systems across healthcare, child welfare, and state programs. This hands-on role covers the complete stack—from database tuning and SSRS reporting to backend APIs and UI updates.
 
Work Arrangement: Remote
 
Location: Des Moines, IA

Key Technical Skills Needed
 
  • Core Backend: C# | .NET Framework | ASP.NET Core | REST & SOAP APIs
  • Database & Reporting: SQL Server (Advanced Stored Procedures & Performance Tuning) | SSRS
  • Frontend & UX: HTML, CSS, SASS | Angular | WCAG 2.1 AA Accessibility Standards
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure DevOps | AWS Services | GitHub
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Design, build, and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and backend APIs.
  • Develop and troubleshoot SSRS operational reports.
  • Modernize legacy systems while reducing technical debt and improving accessibility.
  • Resolve complex production issues across multi-tier environments.
Requirements
 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience across the full .NET and SQL Server ecosystem.
  • Proven track record with REST/SOAP integrations, Azure DevOps, and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
