Candidates must have 2+ years of practicing attorney experience, including 1+ years of commercial lending, banking transactions, or loan documentation experience.

A JD from an accredited law school, strong academic credentials, and active bar admission in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, DC, or Pennsylvania are required. We welcome qualified candidates from law firms, in-house legal teams, and solo practices.

Represent banks and financial institutions in commercial lending transactions from initial structuring through closing.

Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, guaranties, and related financing documents. Manage due diligence, UCC filings, collateral reviews, and closing documentation. Handle loan modifications, refinancing transactions, amendments, and forbearance agreements. Work directly with lenders, borrowers' counsel, and internal teams to move transactions forward efficiently. Advise clients on transaction structures, documentation risks, and commercial lending matters.

Collaborate with creditors' rights and litigation attorneys on loan workouts and complex financial matters. Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Active bar admission in MD, VA, DE, DC, or PA.
2+ years of practicing attorney experience.
1+ years of commercial lending, banking transactions, or loan documentation experience. Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively with clients.
