AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented
Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney to join their rapidly-expanding structured finance practice in
New York
. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance-focused attorney to work on sophisticated transactions in a dynamic and growing office.

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
.
~ 3–5 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting collateralized loan obligation transactions.
~ Demonstrated experience with acquisition financings
, cross-border financings
, and syndicated credit facilities
.
~ Prior experience at a large law firm is strongly preferred
.
~ Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
~ Represent lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.

Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials. Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. The new Atlanta office is a key part of the firm’s strategic growth and offers an entrepreneurial culture with the resources of a global platform. Includes an expected base salary range of $260,000-$365,000 , commensurate with experience and market factors, and eligibility for a discretionary bonus
