Finance Director; Full-Time

Stange Law Firm, PC is accepting resumes from dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced professionals for a Finance Director position at the Firm's headquarters office. Our headquarters is currently located in Clayton, Missouri, and will relocate to 600 Emerson Road, Suite 110, Creve Coeur, Missouri 63141 beginning August 1, 2026. We are seeking a strategic Finance Director who will play a key leadership role in helping drive the Firm's continued growth and financial success. Prepare balance sheet, cash flow, and financial projections. Develop financial models, forecasts, and profitability analyses. Provide complex financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Partners. Evaluate the financial viability of new office locations, expansion opportunities, and other business initiatives. Analyze profitability, productivity, revenue trends, and operating performance.

Oversee Firm insurance renewals, including malpractice, health, workers' compensation, life, and other business insurance policies. Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts and bank accounts. Review and improve financial reporting processes, accounting procedures, and internal controls. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Prepare year-end audit support. Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, operational efficiency, and profitability. Assist with special financial and strategic projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial credential preferred. Three (3) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience preferred. Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Experience with ERP or financial management software preferred.
