Position Details
- Location: North Chelmsford, MA (100% Onsite)
- Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Travel: Up to 20% (fully reimbursed)

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Windows servers and workstations
- Deploy hardware and software solutions remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues
- Provide technical support to end users and customers
- Perform system testing, QA, and software validation
- Create technical documentation and conduct user training
Required Skills
- Windows Server Administration
- MS SQL Server
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, SMTP)
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- VMware / Virtualization
- Dell Server Configuration
- Audio/Video Systems Experience
- AI Technology Exposure
