We're hiring on behalf of a globally respected professional services firm that supports critical national missions. This organization is known for its analytical rigor, strategic impact, and commitment to solving complex defense challenges. They are looking for an expert to join their team and contribute to critical projects for the United States Navy.

The Role

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, processes, and technical progress of various mission capabilities.
• Guide the strategic vision for technical programs, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and developing roadmaps.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of DoD Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) or Science and Technology (S&T) technical programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and drive effective communication.
• Provide expertise on Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and expeditionary forces applications, mission space, stakeholders, and RDT&E or S&T efforts.
• Guide technical decisions, evaluate solutions, ensure feasibility, and identify and mitigate risks.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of experience leading the end-to-end execution of DoD RDT&E or S&T technical programs.
• 10+ years of experience collaborating with diverse teams and reporting findings to stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience defining and driving strategic visions for technical programs.
• Knowledge of UAS and expeditionary forces applications, mission space, and RDT&E or S&T efforts.
• Ability to guide technical decisions and evaluate proposed approaches.
• A Secret clearance and a High School diploma or GED.
