Role: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for price-and-packaging, CPQ, Revenue Cloud and revenue value motions aligned to A2R.
• Lead architecture for the Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Product-to-Cash migration, including current scenario mapping and no-loss-of-capability design discipline.
• Provide production-support depth for CPQ, Revenue Cloud and revenue workflows, including triage, root-cause analysis and resolution guidance.
• Own cross-application solutioning across Salesforce, Workday and Middleware at system level.
• Steward common cross-value-stream platform concerns such as shared automation tooling, technical-debt reduction and access-model rationalization.
• Contribute to CoE operating model and governance as a founding architecture contributor.
• Provide Data 360 architecture around data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights and activation.
• Guide Agentforce and Einstein design, including agent topics, actions, instructions, Prompt Builder, grounding in Data 360 and trust-layer or guardrail patterns.
• Partner on pull-request review, CAB and release processes and champion engineering standards and reusable patterns.
• Work as a peer to the existing senior Service Cloud architect under CoE Lead direction.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills

• 15+ years enterprise technology delivery, including 10+ years hands-on Salesforce and 6+ years as a Technical Architect or Principal Engineer.
• Demonstrable Technical or Solution Architect experience on large, multi-cloud Salesforce orgs.
• Deep hands-on Revenue Cloud and Salesforce CPQ across Quote-to-Cash or Product-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Direct experience migrating CPQ to Revenue Cloud or leading equivalent CPQ to revenue transformation.
• Strong Sales Cloud architecture and working familiarity with Service Cloud.
• Data 360 or Data Cloud architecture across ingestion, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation and activation.
• Agentforce or Einstein AI design awareness, including Prompt Builder, grounding and trust-layer patterns.
• Cross-application integration architecture with ERP, billing, Workday or SAP and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Security and scalability architecture, including sharing, permission strategy, Shield Platform Encryption and OAuth scoping.
• Platform governance and DevOps, including Azure DevOps, SFDX, code review and CAB or release management.
• Proven leadership of large offshore delivery teams and direct business stakeholder engagement.

Certifications

• Required: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or constituent architect-domain certifications; Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Preferred: System Architect, Integration Architect, Data 360 Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, CTA or legacy CPQ Specialist.
