Senior SAP Vistex Functional Consultant / Solution Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Vistex Functional Consultant / Solution Architect to support SAP Vistex implementations, enhancements, integrations, and business process transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex, SAP S/4HANA, pricing, rebates, agreements, incentives, claims, chargebacks, billbacks, and related SAP business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation activities for SAP Vistex solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Vistex solutions.
• Configure and support Vistex business processes including rebates, incentives, pricing, agreements, claims, accruals, chargebacks, and settlements.
• Design solutions integrating Vistex with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
• Work closely with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, pricing, billing, and related functional teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and solution designs.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support Vistex enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize pricing, rebate, incentive, and margin-management processes.
• Provide technical-functional leadership and guidance to project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Strong knowledge of Vistex configuration and functional design.
• Experience with one or more Vistex areas such as:
  • Incentive Administration
  • Customer/Vendor Rebates
  • Paybacks & Chargebacks
  • Billbacks
  • Pricing / Extended Price Management
  • Trade Promotion Management
  • Channel Program Management
  • Claims Management
  • Agreement Management
• Strong understanding of SAP SD/MM and integration with Vistex.
• Experience with pricing, billing, accruals, settlements, claims, and financial integration.
• Strong requirements gathering, functional specification, testing, and implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Vistex Solution Architect or Functional Lead.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation or migration programs.
• Experience leading end-to-end Vistex implementations.
• Experience with Vistex upgrades and enhancements.
• Strong experience working with global business/process teams.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, high-tech, life sciences, or other complex pricing/rebate environments.
