Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) Fahrzeugglas | Delmenhorst, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement, known for its commitment to safety, reliability, and quality across over 410 service centers. With a strong focus on digital innovation and customer impact, we set the standard in the automotive glass industry.

The Role

Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including recalibration of driver assistance systems.
Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Manage daily operational planning and execution to meet service goals.
Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
Handle invoicing, cash management, and order processing.
Implement quality assurance measures and manage inventory and audit compliance.

What You'll Need

Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician.
Willingness to undergo the required certification or already certified as a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)".
A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with a high degree of trust.
Commitment to teamwork and fostering an environment of mutual respect.
