The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including recalibration of driver assistance systems.
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Manage daily operational planning and execution to meet service goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Handle invoicing, cash management, and order processing.
• Implement quality assurance measures and manage inventory and audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician.
• Willingness to undergo the required certification or already certified as a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)".
• A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with a high degree of trust.
• Commitment to teamwork and fostering an environment of mutual respect.
